The 2011 Annual Report and Financial Exhibits are available now for download. If you’re Conference or District Council did not receive their respective copy; please follow the links below to download the appropriate form(s) for your District Council or Conference. Please complete and remit the forms by November 18, 2011. Completed forms may be e-mailed directly to the Finance Department or the Conference Coordinator. If you have any questions or concerns about completing the report please contact the Administrative offices and we will be happy to assist you
